By The Shorthorn Staff The University Hall renovation project should be completed in time for the fall semester said Bryan Sims, Physical Plant associate director. The $1.7 million project is on budget and scheduled to be completed by Aug. 14, he said. Currently, the fifth floor has been completed, and the second, third and fourth are in varying levels of construction, he said. The first floor is currently in heavy construction with ceiling, fire alarm and emergency-lighting installations, he said. “It’s been a very challenging project,” Sims said.
