Shelters Complete On Greenland School Campus By The Morning News GREENLAND -- Three new tornado shelters in Greenland are finished, more than two years after the Greenland School District received its first grant for the project and voters approved the project in a debt restructuring package. The project is over budget by $45,438, according to financial information provided by the school district. Although there has been no public discussion of the final project cost by school board members, the cost overrun apparently will be absorbed by the district's operating budget.
