The lights went out at 8:15 p.m., when a tree fell across wires on Boston Road, knocking out power for 660 customers, Massachusetts Electric spokeswoman Debbie Drew said. Power was restored at 11:30. One resident who lives in the River Street complex said many residents, particularly those who depend on oxygen to breathe, were upset and scared.
